NMAHP-RU
Welcome
The Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions Research Unit (NMAHP RU) is a multidisciplinary national research unit, funded by the Scottish Government Health Directorate Chief Scientist Office (CSO). It has academic bases within Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of Stirling.
The NMAHP-RU has its remit and programmes determined by the Scottish Government Health Directorate’s Chief Scientist Office. NMAHP-RU leads the Interventions to Support Living Well topic for the University of Stirling. The interventions topic is delivered through its two key programmes of Innovation in NMAHP Interventions and Transforming Care Delivery, both of which are informed by Determinants of Living Well. The Transforming Care Delivery programme also feeds into the Health, Social Care and Professional Practice to Support Living Well topic.
